Working with the Store


Open FlexiAuction and go to TOOLS > STORE



Click on the "+" symbol to add items to the store



GRV#
GRV Number for the item

SELLER
Select the seller of the item or lookup/add seller by clicking the  icon

SELF OWNED
Tick this box if the items are owned by your company

Agent
Select agent for items

Status
Status is used to organise items into groups

CODE
Code for the items

Action Date
The date on which the auction can be held

STYPE
Seller type

TYPE1,TYPE2
Item types/descriptions

QTY
quantity of the item

SCOMM
Sellers commission, if left 0 will choose auction default

RESERVE
Fill in this field if there is any reserves on the items

StockNr
Item type

Cost
Cost of the item

Market
Market value of the item

SAVE ITEM
Adds the item to the store

  Closes the window

Right Click on grid



CHANGE
Make changes to the item

DELETE
Delete's the item from the store

STATUS
Gives a list of key actions that can be used on the grid
You can use this to quickly change the status of items

A = ACCEPT (accepted into stock)
W = WAIT (broken,services,legal waiting period)
O = OUT (sold/returned)
1 = AUC1 (Auction Holding Area 1)
2 = AUC2 (Auction Holding Area 2)
3 = AUC3 (Auction Holding Area 3)
4 = AUC4 (Auction Holding Area 4)
5 = AUC5 (Auction Holding Area 5)
6 = AUC6 (Auction Holding Area 6)
7 = AUC7 (Auction Holding Area 7)
8 = AUC8 (Auction Holding Area 8)
9 = AUC9 (Auction Holding Area 9)
+ (plus) = Increase B/F QTY by 1
- (minus) = Decrease B/F QTY by 1
z = Set B/F QTY TO Zero
m = Set B/F QTY to original QTY
s = Toggle Owner as SELF/Seller

Finalize GRV
Finalizes the GRV no changes can be made when this has been done

PRINT GRV
Prints the GRV voucher

PRINT LABELS
Prints labels for the items

EXPORT (LotIMP Format)
Exports the items to an excel sheet

EXPORT (with Content)
Exports items with contents to Excel

ASSIGN LOT NR'S

From this window you can assign lot numbers to the items
Right Click
Add Selected items will add all the selected items to the list
You can manually assign lot numbers from here or 
Right Click and choose Auto add lot number
This automatically add all the lot numbers in sequence from selected point forward

TRANSFER TO AUCTION
Transfers the items of that status to your current event

IMPORT AUCT SALES
Import the sales from the current event
DUE TO THE COMPLEX NATURE OF AUCTIONS, THE STORE SYSTEM DOES NOT REFLECT THE CORRECT
QUANTITIES RETURNED FROM THE AUCTION. ALL STOCK QUANTITIES NEEDS TO BE RE-CAPTURED AFTER THIS IMPORT.
YOU MUST MANUALLY RE-CAPTURE ALL QUANTITIES.
