Entering the lot prices


Double click or press enter on the lot that had been sold.
Enter the amount that it was sold for into the AMT/ITM box
Enter the buyer number into this box

or click the button to select the buyer from your list of buyers
 


ALWAYS ENTER THE AMOUNT VAT EXCLUSIVE

ENTER THE PRICE FOR A SINGLE ITEM IN THE LOT,
AS THE QUANTITY IS MULTIPLIED WITH THE PRICE TO GET THE LOT TOTAL
E.g. Price R500 Quantity 10 =  Lot Amount : R5000


TIP:

U can also use the  for easier input 

This will hide all the fields from view
and highlight only the two fields you need to change.
