NOTE: This will change the details of either all lots or selection of lots,
make 100% sure the information is correct when using this function
This function will not work if there is any assignments or invoices for the event.
Open your event
Right click on any lot and select ADVANCED > SPECIAL FUNCTIONS > MULTICHANGE
From this window you can select the fields you want to change.
For each field you want to change:
Fill in the new value for the field and TICK the box to the right of the field
If you double click on buyer or seller, it will open a lookup window
You can choose to apply this change to all items by clicking the [Select All] button or
hold down Ctrl and click on the items you want to change
tick the I AM SURE box and click save
NOTE:
Sometimes field values does not get refreshed auctomatically:
Right-click > ADVANCED > SPECIAL FUNCTIONS > RE-SAVE ALL and confirm
